We literally followed the printed instructions on the interview appointment notice, and brought everything that we had accumulated in association with this immigration process. Glad we did, the IO wanted to view the my original divorce decree and photos that we had sent in with the original I-129F petition. I figured he could have asked for any number of documents, etc. Glad we had the stuff and were approved, as opposed to getting an RFE and delays.

Good luck at your interview.

A&B above offers great advice. My gal had everything with her for her interview and as A&B stated the CO did ask for some very obscure documents/evidence such as emails and other stuff. Glad she had it with her!

I filled the Ds160 form 3weeks ago but i have not recieved anything yet.

Should i be waiting for the embassy respond or i have to schedule my appointment time?

This post was about an AOS interview and has nothing to do with your question here. You should make your own post about your own topic. So I need to bring evidence that we even presented for the K1, not just recent marriage stuff?

You need to bring what is listed on the interview letter. You should bring originals of anything you submitted for AOS in case they want to see them. You should bring evidence of co-mingling finances and co-habitation. Take along some photos of your wedding too. Sometimes they look at those. No need for all the paperwork from your K-1.
