I had that impression too until Marv prompted me to do a little diggin, as it turns out Black folks are represent'in quite nicely when it comes to serial and mass killers, IIRC, they were over represent'in.

Whites are 72.4% of the population

Blacks are 12.6% of the population

2010 serial killers...

Whites - 32.8%

Blacks - 59.7%

Serial killers since 1900...

Whites - 52.4%

Blacks - 40.7%
