Great another petition that will get a couple thousand signatures and never do anything

I guess a lot of us don't trust the government but I believe in the power of the People. If you look at the history of the US, the People made changes and made policy. If we don't help shape the policy, nothing will move forward. I don't have any problem with the DACA but I think it should be fair for people who obey and follow the Law. I encourage you to sign the petition to have your voice heard.

The same thing has been tried here at least 10 times not enough people here to get the required signatures.

Son't be so negative.

99,998 to go.

History is actually one of my main interests, but I did miss that, care to support such an allegation?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

So if you look at the history of Japanese immigrants during World War II, they were put in interment camps. However, there were several legal legacies after that. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_American_internment#Legal_legacy

Another example, if group of people didn't get together and raise our voices in the government, we won't have Child Status Protection Act.
