Any help would be appreciated... My fiance and I have our interview April 2 2014, all the paperwork is finished all she needs for her and the kids is the medical exam. Does anyone know about this? I would like to know if she can get the exams done and take it with us at the time of the interview and pay for it when the visa is approved so we wont be wasting the money if she is not approved. Any information would be appreciated, thanks again!

She needs to go to the hospital, and schedule medical exams specifically exams to leave the country. She needs to specify that the exam results are to take to the interview. Her and the kids need them as well. Each exam is $400. She should do this soon because it takes about a month after the exam to get results. Once she receives results they'll give them to her in a sealed envelope, make sure she doesn't tamper or open the envelope or the embassy may take that as fraud. I think you can pay later, but I'm not sure if things have changed. I am having my fiancé pay when he goes to get them just in case. His interview is April 28, 2014. I have a question for you, have you received the appointment letter? I have not and I am not sure how important it is to have it.
