Employer Job Offer Letter for TN Visa

Hi,

I understand that a job offer letter from an employer is required as well as a TN letter. What information is required in the job offer letter in addition to the basic salary offered, benefits and length of the job? Does the job offer letter also have to state a job description and responsibilities even though they're stated in the TN letter? Anything else? I'm applying in the scientific technician/technologist category. This category requires direct support of the applicant to a degreed professional. Does this have to be re-stated in the job offer letter? Thanks.
