What's your priority date? For F2B they usually start processing a year before the priority date becomes current.

hi

nope not until your priority date is current, the i130 will be stored and filed until your priority date becomes current and your mom or dad who file for you will be contacted by nvc to continue the process

what is your priority date? from now on you have to check every month the visa bulletin

You have a long way to go. The processing time for F2B Philippines is 10-11 years. Your PD wont be current until 2022.

In my huband's previous F2B petition, his PD was March 2001, approved in June 2005, I'm not sure when a case number was assigned but NVC started processing the Choice of Agent in early 2010. His PD became current in 2011.

hi

it depends on the country of origin, some have 7 years of waiting, some 20 years, so that's why you have to check the visa bulletin

you've got your case number, that's all you'll get in a very long time

good catch aaron!

she can't be f2b because she shouldn't be married so is it her husband that filed for her, duh!!!, if so then forget everything we said before, it was based on an f2b

maybe an f3, USC married child. but most likely petitioned by spouse

Huh? You got things mixed up aleful. I just used my husband's previous f2b petition experience. OP is f2b as well.

If you got confused about my post, my apologies. My husband was petitioned under f2b by his father. We were NOT yet married that time. It took 10 years before he got his gc afterwhich we got married. I was f2a spouse.

@inyong

You have a long wait ahead of you. Important thing is that you stay UNMARRIED the whole time. Good luck.
