ok I have almost finished our packet going through it im just making sure everything sounds good,

heres my list so far

joint -i751

cover letter

copy of gc, front and back

extra document listing previous addressess ( both moves where reported to uscis when we moved)

check - $590

lease agreeemnt - old address

lease agreement - new address

voided check from joint account

bank statements showing co-mingling of finances

2 years worth of utility bills in both our names ( random dates)

copy of our sons birth ceritificate

document showing wife as beneficiary for life insurance

document listing wife as joint policy holder for dental insurance

irs tax transcripts for 2012 showing filling jointly

joint car insurance documents

title showing joint ownership of car

bill of sale for car

family pictures

i also have to inclide , but was unsure if I should:

cards (anniversary, baby born , xmas ) from family & friends

affidavits from friends and family

i am waiting on my w2 from work to file taxes then i can include 2013 tax return too,

I do have a question, I filed our cr-1 with california service center via the chicago lockbox, i think i file the roc directly with service center and it says that for where I am ( tenneseee) i file with the vermont serice center, can anyone confirm this? or did i missread?

2012-01-12 expedite request on medical grounds submited .. cross fingers

2012-01-20 expedite request denied >.<

2012-01-21 Contacted US senator

2012-01-27 recieved email from senator stating they will submit expedite request again on our behalf and request extra review

2012-02-10 recieved email from senator with reply from uscis granting expedite!

2012-02-11 NOA2

2012-02-13 NVC recieved case

2012-02-22 Case number assigned ,DS-3032 submitted

2012-02-24 DS-3032 accepted, Submited expedite request, forwarded to embassy for review

2012-02-28 expedite approved by embassy , SIF

2012-02-29 Case complete, shipped to consulate, according to AVR

2012-03-03 consulate recieve file and log into system

2012-03-07 Mailed off DS-230 & DS-2001 & had medical

2012-03-19 Interview APPROVED!!!

2012-03-23 Visa in hand

2012-04-12 POE chicago

Feb 27th, 2012 (Day 47) - Interview for I-485 on March 30th, received via text/email from USCIS

Mar 30th, 2012 (Day 79) - AoS Interview at Atlanta, GA; APPROVED!
Apr 9th, 2012 (Day 89) - Green Card in hand! THANK YOU VJers! (Expiration March 30, 2014)
