I finally got the AOS package sent last night. Now the fun of waiting again. At least now I have Darcy with me during the wait. Now I just have to keep him occupied with his 'to do' list so he doesn't go stir crazy not being able to work.

Argh! I can't wait to send mine out as well, I'm still waiting on two employment letters, it's all I need now and it's been 3 weeks since my husband and father-in-law asked for those. It's driving me nuts 'cus I can't believe how long these people can take to give them a simple letter!

It will be interesting to see what they do if anything because of an error on made on the original I-129F. When I filed the Affidavit of Support with the I-129F, I put zero dependents...oops. I have 2 daughters that I partially support. I misread the question and thought it was for Darcy. Now on the I-864 I included them. They will see on my tax returns though that I claim one of my daughters. I am sure it will confuse the hell out of them! I am still way above the poverty limits though which is good.

Glad to hear someone is more ambitious that we...Melinda has been here 2 months already and I still have not sent her AOS paperwork in. We have 22 months before her K-3 visa expires, is that enough time to finish AOS?

well we just found out that if your k-1 expires you can't get the driving permit.... I wonder if it is the same for the k-3 we just went yesterday and they said that we have to wait until he has the AOS.... oh well more waiting
