Good morning everyone

I am about to send I-485 application along with I-130. We plan to include I-765 and I-131 in the same package.

Please advise how do you package your forms - do you just pin the forms and documents together or use some form of tabs?

I plan to have one big package for I-485/I-130/I-864-EZ/G325-A and relevant documents BUT then two smaller packets for I-765 and I-131 - each containing relevant documents etc.

Please advise

Thanks

Do you live in the US. I live in Canada moving back to the US. I have filled out the I-130, 325A and &1485. If you live in the US maybe you can fill out the extra above forms, not sure if I'm supposed to. Sorry I haven't answered your question but if anyone can advise it would be much appreciated. thank you

You will learn that different people do it different ways. Most do not have any problems while others may encounter extra questions, RFEs, etc... This is what I did for my gal and I. For the AOS,I included a cover letter, an "INDEX" page listing contents ant "TABS." And, I did this all in a manila folder with 2 tabs at the top of the folder as suggested by a yahho group, free help, that specializes in immigration. All of the instructions you need can be found under the "Guides" section here at VJ. For some, what I did may be considered an "overkill," and thats fine. I will just add that my gal and I have had no problems "whatsoever" with any of her/our petitions that included the I-129f, AOS, and ROC petitions so far. Moreover, she has not had an interview for any of these petitions yet either other than the I-129f petition and that was in HK as she was an OFW there and immigrated to the US from HK..

Best of luck!

Thanks carton025 for the pointers!

Wondering if it is possible to provide the relevant URLs - e.g. for Yahoo group instructions or the guide sections?

Thanks again!

The VJ web page for Instructions on filing the AOS can be found here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos.

The Yahoo group that I am a member of is call "MAG-ANAK" and helps westerners immigrate filipiino/a's to the USA.

About the manila folder, it has 2 posts at the top of the folder that allowed me to punch 2 holes in the top of each paper I filed with each petition and assemble everything in a "professional" looking way. It is kinda hard to describe here. If you would like better instructions about the way I did it, please send me a private message and I will provide a you with jpeg pics of my petiton as a whole, the cover letter and the INDEX page.
