Ok so I JUST called the DoS and got my date, it's been exactly 9 days since the embassy got my medical (I'd sent off the readiness and all other forms before this date). I got the date February 13th at 9AM, i'm so over the moon!

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11

June 16th: Successful Biometrics. Day 24

13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice

Wow, did you get the date today too? I was in shock! I called thinking "Oh here we go, no date again, I don't know why I bother" and then he came back with "It's scheduled for February 13th 2014 at 9AM" I'm still shaking!

Good luck everyone, 13th Feb is my birthday so that's a good omen!!! I am a week behind with my medical so hopefully I will hear soon. Thanks Nanostan for giving the much needed up date that we were waiting for.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

 

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

 

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

CALLED..We got a Date!!!..FEB 14th at 9:30!!! Happy Valentine's Day!! We are so Excited!!!!

Understandable. We were too! But they really do know your case and it's evident from the questions they ask you. So just be confident in your relationship and you'll be fine! The two people we spoke to were very nice as well, so that helped ease the nerves a bit.
