question about police clearance certificate proving innocence due to police case

someone filed a false cross case against me in august 2013 under section 326,324,323,148,149 ipc p.s in which i have been proved innocent but i still have a doubt abt how my pcc certificate is written and i need some information if someone has any.I am gonna exactly type how my pcc is written

This is to certify Mr._______ s/o _________ resident of ______________ is holding indian passport no._________.FIR no______ dated 08/07/2013 under section 326,324,323,148,149 IPC P.S.________ was registered against him,In which he has been proved innocent in the inquiry of supdt.of police(H.Q.)_____ and nothing other adverse against him as per the Police record of Police Station _____ and report of S.H.O. Police Station__________ and Deputy Superintendent of Police(Sub Division _____) Distt.______. This PCC is valid for the purpose of immigration to USA.

As my I-130 has been proved by uscis on 01/15/2014 and i would need to provide this PCC to NVC pretty soon i really need someone to help me please if this PCC will work ?or will this PCC create some unnecessary problem?

It looks you are good....You can submit this PCC to NVC with other documents.

FYI... Try to get all the documents, FIR copy, investigation reports and keep it with you... you may be asked during NVC process or at the time of interview.

It will be good idea to gather all the documents while you have time.

FIR is not filed against me but my name is mentioned in the cross case.i have FIR copy n inquiry report
