Hello. I don't think my husband being from Trinidad had anything to do with it. I did two service request on i129f. Rfe on i130 and i129f in January. Both were for items already sent. I got my senator involved jan 3 and approved han 22.

we received noa2 last sept. 30, 2013 and until now no correspondence from nvc. its been a 3 months now...going on to its 4th month. need help or info pls on how to inquire status or inquire any update or what happened to the petition?

Oh my I'm not sure why it would take that long. I was told give it two weeks to show up then about another four weeks to process is an average.

Wereceived noa2 last dec 17 2013 but still no correspondence ftom nvc. It's been over a month now

I Got Approved by USCIS on Dec 9, and We didn't get our case # till Jan 22.

Keep calling them 2-3 times a week and you might get lucky.

I filed for my mother on May 2013, with priority date 05/21/2013, case was transferred to Texas on 12/13/2013 and Approved 01/10/2014, and after that no communication, called the NVC and they said i need to call them back after 60 days, the letter they sent me mentioned that i need to call them back after 30 days if no correspondence from NVC. I called department of state, and the lady was very nice, and explained to me that they need to upload the file to system and they are very behind.

after Noa2, how much time NVC will take for interview?? my Noa2 was approved on 9th-Jan-14.

Average is 3 to 4 months.

First of all I want to say congratulations. It depend on the person in NVC who is processing your file. It is different for everyone in that place because sometimes things can get either lost or miss placed in this stage causing your wait to differ from others. If you look at my time line it can give you an idea. its the best i can tell you. Keep your fingers and toes crossed hoping that you don't get RFE.

i got a text messege for evidence today (rfe) i don't know what it maybe...waiting for hardcopy.......
