We called NVC last Wednesday and they told me that our case was complete, again I called yesterday and the confirm that but still no email or letter saying anything, they say they a re waiting for the consulate date of interview.

It's this ok? I feel like something is missing.

Nope you wait until the interview is scheduled. Check out the monthly interview thread for ideas of how fast your consulate is working.

Thank you for your answers, I just got the email of the case completed from NVC.

Nos just wait for the interview date!

I'm so exited! :)

Another question, I'm sorry, but how do you know that the consulate received the case?

Not sure on that one but I would just focus on having everything ready for your interview. Im sure they will have your file by the time your interview takes place.

I called every day to see if the interview had been scheduled. Finally I talked to a supervisor and they told me that when Juarez is ready to schedule more interviews, that they send NVC a request with a number of interview time/dates. So if Jurez sends 200 interview times, NVC will then schedule the next 200 people in line. So the timing all depends on when your case was complete and the date that Juarez requests the next interviews to be set up (and how many people are in front of you of course). So..the supervisor at NVC told me I'm wasting my time calling them there's nothing they can do until Juarez asks for more interview dates to be set up. Good luck..hope you get the date soon.
