anybody knows what are the requirements, documents needed to be presented b4/during interview.?

is voters ID needed for my filipina spouse to be presented b4/during interview?

Voters's ID not required for visa interview. The security guard at the embassy will require that you show the interview appointment letter and one other ID that will prove her identity, such as SSS ID, driver's licence, medical healthcard, showing her picture.

She has to bring the required forms and the proof of payment, proof of relationship, and the birth certificate from the National Census and Statistics Office. Also, the NBI Clearance should specify that it is for travel abroad to USA.

* I-693A done @ civil surgeon office 4-4, Maria's SS card rcvd 4-16,

* mailed AOS (Chicago) & EAD (Nebraska) paperwork 4-21

* rcvd USCIS receipts of paperwork 5-2, posted wedding pics on VJ 5-3

* Maria's AOS biometrics appointment 5-22, son's on 6-5, no update on EAD status yet

* rcvd AOS appointment 5-26, set for 7-9 in Bloomington,MN office

* applied for Maria's WI state ID 6-5 & card rcvd 6-11

* AOS approved @ 7-9 interview, told to expect green cards 5-30 days

* USCIS confirms approved A#s rcvd 7-14, 2 green cards rcd 7-23

These are the following requirements that your wife should submit during her interview:

Beneficiary (your wife/fiancee)

1. NBI

2. Birth Certificate from NSO office

3. CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage from NSO office)

4. DS 156

5. DS 157

6. DS 156K

7. Divorce or death certificate of any previous spouse for both the applicant and the petitioner

Documents from Petitioner

1. Employment Letter

2. FORM I-134- Affidavit of Support (can be download from USCIS Site)

3. ITR latest

4. Bank Statement

5. Divorce or death certificate of any previous spouse for both the applicant and the petitioner

only the form I-134 needs to be notarized. no need to notarize anything else.
