I have a question. I am LPR and I filled I-130 for my husband. He has B1/B2 visa valid for 10 years and lives in Europe. In few days he is coming over for business trip(just some meetings etc.). And I am wondering is immigration going to let him in? He has letter from company where he works about why he is going to States, that they are covering all the costs, and that he is coming back on specific date, he has return ticket and also the last time when he was in States he came back to Europe on time and I was here in that time too. What do you think ? Is there any chance they will let him in ?
