Medical for AOS interview question

I got my interview letter, and they are asking to bring I-693 and vaccination supplement I-693A to the AOS interview.

My understanding is that if I was a K-1 and had medical less than a year ago from filing that I don't need to go for another medical. I already enclosed vaccination supplement with I-693A with my application.

Can anyone tell me about this I-693 request and if I have to go for another medical?

You don't have to take another medical exam since you are a K1 visa. Maybe your vaccination is incomplete, you might want to visit a designated surgeon by the USCIS and bring along your copy of your vaccination so that they know what shot you need. They will provide the I-693 vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope for you to bring on your interview.

Re-read your letter it says "IF NOT ALREADY SUBMITTED" if you have already sent in the information then there is nothing for you to do....

Thank you both. I already went to USCIS dr. and they transferred my vaccination record to I-693A and that was given to me in a sealed envelope, which I mailed with my I-485. So I guess that's all that is required for K-1s then?
