Married 22 yrs ago in Italy. Year later spouse applied and received family visa. We moved to US in 1991. The Passport has Alien number and applied for change of cond status. We moved 20 yrs ago(still in US) and never received green card. Now we want to make the situation right so we can both travel to and from Italy with our children and my spouse can finally see family after 20 yrs. but return back to the US. What do we do, start over and apply for family visa or ???
