Green Card front and back

- Our marriage certificate

- last two joint leases

-joint mortgage paperwork

-Bank Statements 2012 from closed joint bank account at Bank of America (we only kept very limited Bank Statements from that bank, since we closed out that account due to being very dissatisfied with their service.)

-Bank Statements from New joint bank account at USAA opened December 2012 - checking and savings

-VA Compensation Letter where my wife is listed as Dependent

-DEERS enrollment where my wife is listed as Army Dependent

-Credit Card Copies -

- Power Bill

- Water/Sewer Bill

- Drivers license copies my wife’s showing

mutual address

- Emergency contact print from my wife’s, work

- Copy of Dependents from my wife’s work

(Dependents Copy from my wife’s work is showing me,

and my kids/her step kids as

Dependents.)

- Copies of my wife’s work Benefits showing

me, my kids /her step kids,

as beneficiaries.

- 5 Affidavits from friends and family members

- My Will, showing my wife as beneficiary

- Car insurance cards and policy for where we are both listed

- Joint Car loan contract

- Army ID Cards

- Health Insurance cards

- Cell Phone Bills in my name, showing family plan

- Pictures

- My wifes pay stubs

-Copy of IRS Form 1040 from our 2011 joint federal tax return.

-Copy of IRS Form 1040 from our 2012 joint federal tax return.

-Army Retirement Print listing my wife as 100% beneficiary of my

retirement-pay.

-Copy of my Vasectomy reversal procedure that was made this year. The vasectomy reversal

was made my wife and I want to have kids together.

-Copy of my credit report showing mutual addresses.

-Copy of my wife’s credit report showing mutual addresses.

- Car Insurance Policy from old Insurance company that got cancelled in November 2012, in my wife’s and my name,

I know I will have an issue if I get an RFE lol

12/26/2013 ~ Biometrics appointment done

09/12/2014~ Approved - Card in Productioin

09/15/2014~ Letter of approval received

09/20/2014~ Card received....yipiiiiieeeee
