Hello once again, I do apologize if this question has been answered, I just could not get a clear explanation on this topic. We are about to submit our K1 application this friday. jan 24th. My last question is about the G-325a.

Im a bit confusied about the G-325A because it says G-325A, Biographic Information: To provide biographic information on an alien. "You file this form only as instructed on another Immigration application or petition."

what does it mean as instructed on another immigration application or petition? Should we both fill this form (Sponsor and Benefitiary) and include it along with the filing of the K1 visa or should we wait until shes (American Citizen) asked to?

Thats all I need answer for. Once again, apology if this has been answered, i searched all over and couldnt find the detail answer.

Thank you all once again.

Both of you will need to fill out the biographic information as well as need to attach a passport style photo to each of the forms to be sent in with the initial application. Good luck!

Also, look in the guide section they have a great checklist for you to go over before submitting the I-129f package

The instructions for the I-129f petition are "instructing" you to file this form G-325A (actually 2 copies, petitioner's and beneficiary's) with your I-129f petition. This is what it means.

It is listed at the top of page 6, number 8: What other documents do you need? http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

It means another form requires you to also provide that one. The I-129F form instructions list what you need to include with it. You should read through those.

8. What Other Documents Do You Need?

a. Submit two completed and signed Forms G-325A, Biographic Information; one for you and one for your
beneficiary. Except for name and signature, you do not have to repeat the information given on your Form I-129F.
