11 months without NOA2 but I got a RFE . I'm so stupid for using I-130 way instead of a fiance visa. I'm working very very hard to save my marriage. So somebody can take his sweet time processing couple of documents. Yes Mr. President Yes We Can.....

You are not stupid, just like the rest of us you didn't know there would be a backlog when you filed. It could just as easily have been K1's that were backlogged.

August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!

April 28, 2017: Approval

Hang on there guys. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Believe me, when both of you are together, you'll forget that a year+ of wait did happen. It will be overwhelmed with the happiness that you guys are experiencing together.

These people do not respect family, they are so quick to approve K 1 visas and those persons aren't even married yet, this wait game sucks a whole lot, February 07, 2014 coming will make three (3) full months since I am waiting on NOA2. K 1 petitioners does not even have to wait two months, this treatment is so unfair, no lie!

This is so true and is how I feel exactly. I completely agree with you. It's so dumb.

You need to read this as these are the dates of the oldest petition that they processed on the day that they submitted the information. Not the average date of the petitions they are processing.

Yes I know, :). I was just stating what they updated to as everyone was guessing what they would update on their website.. as always we can't go by what USCIS says!

So can someone kindly explain the new processing times? I filed the I-130 form last week and have received the I-797form. The form is now at the TSC.

It means that as of November 30, 2013 TSC is saying the last I-130 petition that was adjudicated had an NOA1 of March 12, 2013.

If you look at the immigration timelines on this site, you'll see that USCIS' dates are not accurate!

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

The meaning was explained by another user, but I wanted to reiterate you shouldn't worry about these dates, they don't accurately reflect what USCIS is processing. Also, greetings from another US-UK couple filing out of Boston! Best of luck guys. Hopefully as a January '14 filer you won't get caught in the backlog that last year's petitioners did.

Believe me, I've been married 8 years. This isn't the kind of thing that you forget.

My pd is feb 22 2013.. case was transferred to nbc. Now date is 20 March but no noa2 yet... what to say..I m speech less...

You can now call the USCIS and open up as service request. Please do so immediately, the California call center will still be open if you call there.
