You need to read this as these are the dates of the oldest petition that they processed on the day that they submitted the information. Not the average date of the petitions they are processing.

so how come CSC is approving a bunch of July petitions and also March petitions at the same time?

this is just complete chaos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/17/2016: Got engaged

Don't hold your breath. I am in the DMV (District-Maryland-Virginia) area and tomorrow is going to be a snow day here.

But when it does come out I actually bet on something between March 1-12.

New date is out, March 8. Called it! Booyakasha!!! Damn I'm good :D

Losing faith in the USCIS process day by day... I'm a June filer and thought I should follow the process by applying for I-130, never in million years I will suggest anyone to do that, not to even to my enemies. Not sure what I was thinking when I applied for I-130 instead of a visitor visa and get married here. What a joke this is by the US immigration system. How happy do you really think newly wed couples are when they have spent total of 25 days together within 9 months??? By the way, did I mention this was an arranged marriage, meaning I didn't have the luxury of dating my wife before our wedding. In this case, I met her for the first time 3 days before the wedding, boy am I lucky to have her or what... oh wait, I don't know what's that like since I have barely spent time with her.

Ok I seen they updated it today but why does it say as of November ,30 2013 ?? No one cares about where they were as of November ...That was the update as of then ... We are in January now so why can't they just be more current and show where they are in the workloads as of now ? Not November ??

They will keep giving misleading figures and playing little games to make the processing times appear faster than they are (unnecessary RFE's to move 8-9 month filers out of the statistics, approving some very recent filers to speed up the average) for as long as they are unaccountable and there is no other option. It's not like we can get our Visa from another provider so they don't care how bad the service provided is. This is why changes need to happen and USCIS placed under more scrutiny to make the service better. Can't see it happening any time soon though but things like Kaylara's newspaper interview are a good start.

In an ideal world there would be a processing time that had to be met (say six months to NOA2) or some of the fees refunded, and if the numbers of filers increased significantly for one month then they would take on extra staff to deal with it using the user fees so that four or five months down the line they'd be ready. USCIS would also be obliged to provide more up to date and accurate information to filers and politicians wet dreams like DACA would not be allowed to jump the queue and create a huge backlog. A man can dream huh?

Their updates are always 2 months behind by design.

And where the real are their volume trends data?

Ok but in my opinion being two months behind is just stupid realistically ... Cuz they know where they are so just be upfront and honest and put the real dates .. Instead of showing workloads from two months behind ..

I don't think "upfront" and "honest" exists in USCIS vocabulary nowadays!!!!!!!!!!

No it's not, it's incredibly smart as it gives them tons of leeway when dealing with customers. The current date is really what they were processing 2 months ago, so if someone gets "left behind" they have 2 months at least to get to them before they can file a service request. Terrible but very smart on the part of the lazy bastards.

11 months without NOA2 but I got a RFE . I'm so stupid for using I-130 way instead of a fiance visa. I'm working very very hard to save my marriage. So somebody can take his sweet time processing couple of documents. Yes Mr. President Yes We Can..... Edited by moushoud

Very surprising to see Nebraska have the lastest date of March 20th. They seem to be the slowest in all the I-130 tracker spreadsheets that I've seen out there.
