Tourist Visa for Mother in-law

I am a US Citizenship, while my wife is green card holder. We are married, I filed for my wife in May 2012 which she is already with me in July 2013. But now she is pregnant, and we were planning to bring her mother for short stay like between 3 to 4 months at least per year. Even thought, my Mother in-Law don't want to stay permanently, just prefer going and coming for some visits. What form or how would I go about Tourist Visa, Please. Don't be hesitates to drop you suggestion please. Thank you.

Ps: We were planning to make it work before ending of this year.

You do not apply for a tourist visa, your mother-in-law would need to apply herself and it will be adjudicated on its own merits.

She would need to demonstrate strong ties to Nigeria; she will find it difficult to obtain such a visa from Nigeria.

Depending on her age and ties, its usually easier to obtain, hopefully someone with more knowledge can shed more light on the process
