Hello all,

I just filed the I-129F today, but I think I made a mistake, I included the I-134. Was a mistake including the I-134? Is this is the case, any idea what would happen?

Thank you ,

AR

the I-134 is not required for the USCIS process. The I-134 comes in play at the US Embassy or Consulate at the interview. You're should be fine as long as you submitted the I-129F with form G-325a with along with your backup documents. USCIS should ignore the I-134 for the approval process

Thank you very much for you reply. Yes, I subminted the I-129F and the G-325A, and all the supoorting supporting documents.

USCIS will just ignore the I-134.

Thank you very much for you reply, if the USCIS ignore it , then I should be fine.

They'll either deep six it or include it with the papers being sent to the Embassy if your petition is approved.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
