I came to us 2 months ago through k1 visa, that time my husband s uncle did i-134 as support , but my husband worked too.now for applying green card just my husband gonna suport me (i-864) , dont sure can we have just him as my support or again hus uncle should fill? His income is enough through us proverty ???

Check the 125% poverty guideline here.

If your husband makes enough money for the household, then you won't need his uncle as co-sponsor for your AOS.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Yes, you can change sponsor for your AOS.

I-134 is not legal binding but I-864 is.

Your spouse must be able to provide Tax Transcripts, W-2 form, few months pay stubs, letter of employment from his new job stating he is earning $XXXX amount, proving that he earns at least 125% above poverty guideline.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
