He gets paid his full check on the begining of each month and gets a partial payment or something like on the 15 of the month. His family owns a coupe pieces of land which they rent out to people. His father is in the military over there. So he lives mainly with his mother and younger siblings. He one sister though that is married to an American which I have to talk to him through skype as well. He was the one to tells us about the k1.

thats what I told him to do was just to go to the embassy and actually try to apply for not to talk to anyone outside of the embassy and if that dont work and gets denied after that I will just have to get my passport and have him pay for the around trip ticket. Which he did say he would do.

I`m sorry to say this, but i don`t think he will get a Visa :( ,You will have to visit him in the end ....but if he can afford it he should try but the chance are very very low ! I`m half German half Moroccan and i visited my husband 3 times in the US using VWP ,he did visit me 4 times 2 times in Germany 2 times in Morocco, and each time i fly i get chosen for a RANDOM inspection before entering the plane, and him moving to Morocco did not work in the end cause of our 2 big dogs and ofcourse him getting a job ,that`s when we decided to apply for i130 so we don`t waste money visiting each other and being treated like a criminal each time i enter the US...but anyways.

How long have you two been chatting ?

its only been for a few months, I not saying im going to apply for the k1 to begin with just view my option if we are still talking say by my birthday then yeah I will apply for the k1 im a little cautious like I told him if hes serious about being with me then he will wait til july thats my birthday. They longer we talk the more we find out about each other. Taking it one step at time. So i guess you could say we are still with in the beginning of the relationship. We have been talking since shortly after thanksgiving.

You've only been chatting a few months? Errr yeah that might raise red flags during his interview if the CO asks how long you two been a couple.

If money is no object to him, he can apply for a tourist visa as often as he wants until he gets approved. I had to apply 3x before I got my tourist visa but eventually I was able to visit my BF in the US (after a 2-year long online relationship and meeting his stepmom here in the country). He can't come visit me here because he's on probation and can't leave the country. Worst case scenario you'll have to travel to Morocco but like you said, leaving the country might risk your custody chances for your kids so you have to ask yourself if it's really worth it.

Also if you apply for a K1 later on you'll have to sponsor him so if you're struggling financially now (or in July), you'll have to find a co-sponsor for him. Plus with a K1 visa he won't be able to start working yet until he adjusts his status which can cost hundreds of dollars so you're looking at supporting your husband and and kids with your income for a couple of months.

Sounds like you need to prioritise your children and meanwhile he can apply for a visitor visa.

The good news is that there is no restriction of how many times you can apply or how frequently, so if he at first does not succeed, try try again.

Oh I do hope you get past the butterfly stage of your relationship before you make such a serious commitment. Are you guys around the same age? Do you share/understand his beliefs (if any), Does he know about the situation with your children, does he have any? I hate being a Debbie downer here but your situation is kind of screaming "Red Flag". Please be careful.

Truer words have never been spoken. What parent would put a man she doesn't know before her children? I'm trying not to be judgmental, but if someone goes to meet a man she doesn't know, knowing ahead of time she will most likely lose her children forever, deserves what she gets. Just sayin'

im not putting him before my kids i was just gathering information trust and believe that is something i would never do. i was always told to ask question if someone said something i didnt understand or didnt believe to begin with so i asked. but everyone thought i was putting him before my children thats bull. MY KIDS DO AND ALWAYS WILL COME BEFORE ANY MAN. Sorry for asking and telling what I had been told by a guy

I think you forgot the part where she could risk losing custody of her kids if she left the country...

Perhaps an international relationship is not in the cards right now or you can meet him in a border country closer to you.

Meet in a Country that is closest to you. When my fiance and I met, I was sick (recieving treatment) but we wanted to meet so badly and begin the K-1 process, so Mexico is super close to me and we met there in Cancun. :)

Umm, no. She has a right to petition government agency (USCIS) to allow the husband to apply for US visa after the petition is approved, but getting a visa to immigrate is not a right.

Also, ever heard of punctuation and spacing?
