I am getting married on April.. and I will also hit my 5th year on September, I am hoping to apply 3 months before this.

I will stay in the Philippines for 3months.. so April-July. Will my marriage affect my naturalization at all? I'm planning to apply for I-130 after I got my marriage certificate, and then apply for a citizenship. I'm worried that this might affect my naturalization, and then affect my I-130 application :/

Insufficient data, computer does not compute. If you married a US citizen to come here, got a divorce to marry a person from your home country. Would have a lot of explaining to do.

If you came here by other means, shouldn't be a problem, but far better to wait until you get your US citizenship, much faster with the petition with US citizenship, then as a LPR.

My father petitioned me here and I have a 10 yr green card.

Yes, I am planning to upgrade my application immediately once I get my citizenship. Im just worried that me getting married in the Philippines will affect my naturalization.

Thank you for your input.

No, getting married has no effect on your application for naturalization. However if you're not married at the time you send in your forms but are married at the time of your interview, you will have to mention it to USCIS.
