As a green card holder you cannot apply for an immigrant petition for your mother, you must be a US citizen. If she wants to file for a tourist visa your other has to do that.

I want to bring my mother over, an a green card holder by marriage to a us citizens, what options do I hv, is it fileing for her, or vistor or tourist visa how long is it

How long does she want to visit for?

Thanks, she will be staying 3 to 4 mnts , do I need to send her any invitation letter
