If Obama believes in this he should push for decriminalisation. Likely, that will not happen.

Lets see what the next executive order contains, aye?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The Feds are standing down in Colorado and Washington, aren't they? They don't have to but as far as I know they do. Not following this closely but I think I would have heard if the feds were sent in to go after the recreational weed dealers for breaking federal law.

I wouldn't be too sure. The Feds continually bust folks in California, often because the community doesn't want the element and drops the dime, even if local law enforcement is prevented from doing so by state law.

Yeah. It also seems like he did the same things I did at that age. Except the ghey stuff.

Yeah that Hawaiian stuff was pretty good.

Well, I'm glad Obama didn't do some of the same ghey stuff you did at that age. rofl.gif

It's funny that Colorado and Washington get all the press, when Alaska decriminalized possession back in 1975. No more than 4 oz and no more than 24 plants (for personal use) in your house, and you are good to go.

Looks like AK will be the 3rd state to get out from under the fed rulings.

LAPD Targeting Stoned Drivers With Roadside Weed Tests

completely ineffective test:

"The science on cannabis intoxication is murky at this point. It can be hard to determine with accuracy whether someone has smoked within hours or within weeks."

if i had to choose between getting in a car with a driver that was drunk or a driver that was high..sign me up for the stoned driver over drunk driver 100% of the time.

The point is, why get in a vehicle with a driver that is impaired in any way?

Sounds like you should be more careful when you hitch hike.
