What are you working on? Your packet 3?

You should file the I-134 Affidavit of support at the Consulate stage, Unless Jamaica has a different requirement.

You can download it here: http://www.uscis.gov/i-134

You will file the I-864 with your AOS later.

These are the items you need for interview for K-1. Nothing is turned into NVC, as you are filing for a fiance.

You need to complete DS-230 part I and email it to the embassy after you receive your KNG number.

A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 12/17/12 or other previous editions.

Yes I am also very confused of these forms for K1 visa. It said before that the form to fill out for evidence of support is I-134 and now it is I-864...

So please is there anyone who is knowledgeable about this? What form should my fiance fill out, the form I-134 or I-864?

Thank you for the help...
