Poverty guidelines are directly on the USCIS website under 1-864P.

Here is the direct link http://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

They only go by the 125% poverty guidelines of the current year, as long as you are above the threshold for the current year, you're fine.

They ask for your last year's current tax return, but you can include the last three years. If you have already received 2013's then you can use 2013, 2012, and 2011.

If not, 2012, 2011, 2010.

Make sure you are eligible to file an 1-864EZ, as I can recall there are a few reasons for ineligibility for the EZ.

Read this as it asked three questions. IF you answer "Yes" to all three then you can file the EZ form, otherwise you have to file the I-864 form.

Good luck,

Dave

Ineligibility for 1-864EZ-
1.The relative you are sponsoring isn't the only one. I.E. There are more than one immigrant you are sponsoring.
2. You filed or are filing I-140.
3. You're a joint sponsor
4.You're a substitute sponsor
5.The income you will be using to qualify for the I-864 is from business.
