My fiance is ready to schedule the medical exam. We have all the documents ready and he's completed the DS-160. He was just here visiting and I sent him back to England with the completed Affidavit of Support and docs that show income info. I'm looking through the London embassy website and I can't find where it says that we need to mail anything - only that he has to bring copies of documents to the interview and that he has to email them a "Notice of Applicant Readiness" form after he's scheduled the medical. Soooo what does he need to mail?

You don't physically mail anything in any more - they are taking the DS-160 and the DS-2001 (the applicant readiness form) online instead. They say "email" but what they actually mean is "submit this form" (read the info then follow the link at the bottom): http://london.usembassy.gov/iv/notification_of_applicant_readiness.html

I wish they'd change the wording - no applicant has to email anything. I expect on their end, they receive the submitted form as an email to their system.

There's a pinned thread at the top of this UK forum with great detail about your process for London.

You have just answered the question I was already going to ask. I thought hmm no confirmation like I got with the DS160 and no up date on their system to say they have received either, nothing updated since Nov 14th. I think I saw you at the medical by the way. I was in a pink cardigan and I saw three guys in the waiting room, one alone who I spoke too and one sat with his dad at the far end of the room!!

I am anxiously waiting for CEAC to update they have my forms and my medical results, but today its a holiday, so the waiting continues!! Sigh!!!

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

Yes, I was with my papa. It was my first time in London, and he has been a few times before so he took the day off to help me around.

Currently stuck on a 24 hour blood pressure thing. It is annoying, because it keeps making errors, because I think the nurse didnt fit it properly.

Either way, the doctors had my note afterall, they even made me a copy :)
