I received through email yesterday I look at one more time as we go back for I 864 of my mother application as we believed we fill it up correctly those only applicable to us and the rest we put N/A but we aren't sure other things that they looking for on I-864 anyone can give me some input , how and what else they need thank you pal

we do have same email from nvc... how did u do it & the corrections? so confusing :(

Do you see where there is an actual item besides the X?? That is the checklist parts that need correction. So for the above email it was this:

In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...
[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal
income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

But when you do the correction you need to redo the entire form, date and sign it. Then send all of the pages back to the NVC with the bar-coded cover sheet. Write your case number on the top right of every page. You don't need to send the evidence again, just the form, but it must be the entire new form.

HI NLR ... how about in Part 1 & Part 4 .. there's no "x" sign but it say "..please correct the following" ???

( in Part 1 - do we need to leave blank 1.b - 1.f? )

( in Part4 - i cant see any error, just thinking the #12 "I am currently on active duty in the US armed services" Yes or No - or should we leave it blank? )

Unless they actually have something specific for you to correct I don't understand. Can you repost your entire email in a new thread (not this one, it's not yours) without your personal information?

I'll ask for a mod to move all these questions to their own thread. You should start your own thread not go onto someone elses even if the question is the same.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
