Can I get my wife's sis to come as caregiver for my elderly mom?

My mom is getting to the point of needing some daily care for her safety and needs. My wife has a sis in Philippines that has an RN degree there. Would I be able to get a visa for her based on employment (privately) from my mom?

No because there are lots of unemployed caregivers and nurses in the US.

Better to send your mother-in-law back to the Philippines so your sister-in-law can personally take care of her. You can send them money. $$$ are worth more in the Philippines and that will make them live more comfortably.

I doubt if the Mother is from PI.
