Can someone with Cebu CFO experience (other than being grilled) give some info on times to get there and if there are days better than others. I think most of the details in this topic are related to Manila...

Also, I thought children have to go if they will accompany Mom to the states? Is their attendance mandatory or can Mom bring their passports for the sticker??

In my case my child already has a US passport/CRBA so free and clear for takeoff. Not sure but I think the under 14 was not needed. If you are bringing an adopted child who knows....

My friends wife did the Cebu CFO where she was asked many questions about him(fiance) and why and where he traveled in the past, not the kind of thing that I would think they would need to know. The Cebu branch may be a bit more crowded now due to the expedited process, I was Bohol also but left my place and doing it all here in MNL, get it done and get out
