By reducing discipline of minorities their educational opportunities are further destroyed, their future employment opportunities are reduced to "mcJobs" which cannot possibly ever pay them as much as they can receive in welfarte benefits and their dependence on government and votes for Democrats are assured. It is another step by Obama to reduce opportunities for minorities...which have declined in every economic category since he took office.

We need to eliminate the DOE (which does not educate anyone anyway) We survived quite well without it before it was created in 1980 by Jimmy Carter. It should have been tossed out with the 55 mph speed limit. Education was not improved by it.

It's insane and any sane person knows it. Once again a separate standard for blacks, while they scream treat us the same. It will just hasten the decline of the black race.

Here in good ol' welfare USA we have almost 60% + of black males dropping out of high school. Almost 90% of the Violent crime being committed by young black males. The unwed teenage birth rate is thru the roof Oddly they think less discipline and more welfare is the key...The key to their demise and to keep them voting democrat.

This is every day here. Of course Bill Cosby is coming to speak..That should piss them off

A Macon teen has been charged with killing a girl and for a kidnapping, both in November.

According to a release, Dontavious "Man Man" Mintz, 16, is in jail after he was charged with murder, aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity and other charges.

It happened in November outside a home on Cedar Avenue.That's off Mercer University Drive and Pio Nono Avenue.

Police said Alyssa Jackson was standing on the street when she was shot by someone in a car driving past.A 13-year-old boy was also wounded.

Mintz is also charged for another November incident, with armed robbery, kidnapping, and false imprisonment. He and another man allegedly kidnapped a man from the Howard Oaks subdivision and forced him to use his ATM card.

I'll try to explain this so it makes sense to you. What they are trying to do is make it equal for all students. Minority students are treated more harshly than their white counterparts. If a fight breaks out with black students, the police are called and the kids are arrested. If a fight breaks out with white students, mediation is called and the school handles it.

God you miss the mark so much some times. Blacks don't want a separate standard, but we're constantly given one:

Opinion only- It has been my experience, Black fights are much more difficult to gain control, much more likely to involve "un restrainable" participants.

The violence is more often to include objects being used and even the continued assault on a cowering, or unresponsive opponent or victim.

Of course this is not the case every time.... but enough to make a statistical difference, if one wanted to make the claim you repeated.

Also, repeat offenders will tend to be treated more harshly.

Fact: First time offenders still receive a harsher sentence than repeat offenders. We are not a monolith. My mother has been an educator for over 40 years, she's taught black and white students. White students can be just as bad, it's all about the upbringing.

You're half right. I think fear is a big component, but not of racism. Black people are viewed as more dangerous than any other race on the planet. And the zero tolerance policy doesn't help because it's broad sweeping.

Straight A student, never did anything wrong before. Her experiment did no damage and no one got hurt, yet she was this close to being arrested and charged with a felony.

Then white students who don't have a father, wouldn't the same apply? I didn't have a connection with my father, yet I turned out ok.

And those white kids that went on and committed shootouts in schools and malls, did they have fathers?
