Questions on concurrent filing

We will adjust the status of my minor child (from previous relationship) who is already here as a visitor (i am an LPR, my spouse a USC, the petitioning step parent) my questions are:

1. Should we include the I-864? What goes with it? Tax returns? Bank account records?

2. The fee for his i-485 is $635 since he is under 14 years old? Or $985?

3. Should we also submit EAD to get him an SSN? Is EAD allowed for minors or are they going to sue us for child labor coz he is just 11yrs old to apply for EAD?
