my wife's mother and her brother who under 21 years old want to Joint tax Return,if we want my wife' brother to fill the I-864A as a sponsor and household member,dose it acceptable? or my wife's mother and brother have all to fill I-864A.so our Family members is 4.

please help me.thankyou.

hi

do they live together and how old is her brother

if she has petitioned you, your wife will fill out the i864 as primary sponsor, her mother will file the i864 as joint sponsor and her son as her household member will file the i864'a
