Hey all! Been a while , so here I am putting together our roc packet , been saving evidence for 2 years heh,

Ok down to business , part 4 states list all your children, my wife and I have one son , born in the us last year and I have two wonderful step kids, my question is , should I put our youngest son on there? I assume that I dont put my step kids on there as they are not "mine" ( saving for adoption fees)

From what I have read none seems to know for sure but dose anyone have a suggestion?

Also do I need the full birth certificate for our son as evidence or will the short form from the health department be sufficient?

Are affidavits worth it? From our family and friends ?

Since nobody is answering, I will give an opinion. I would list all children and step-children. The birth certificate you use would be one that lists each of your names as the parents to be the best evidence. If you have good evidence, then I wouldn't bother with affidavits from friends/family. That seems kinda weak to me. Of course your friends and family would say good things, but other hard evidence on paper is more important.

You need to list all children (of both of you) and answer the appropriate question correctly. As long as the birth certificate has the child name, both spouses names and date of birth, you are fine.

Affidavits are just additional evidence. Get those if your other evidence is not very sound else ignore those.
