The Children are not accountable for the woman's failure as a mother. We also cannot forget about the fathers. A big fail also. Look at Octomom or what ever she is called. People gaming the system.....Self- induced poverty.. Looking for society to bail them out.

I'm just WAG'n it here, but I would guess she spread her legs so many times to a man who wouldn't marry her because:

1) She was getting welfare money, and it pays more to have more kids, or...

2) She really enjoys sex.

But probably not #2, since there are cheap birth control methods. No one would subject themselves to 15 pregnancies unless they saw a benefit at the end.

Instead of trying to screw the system, she SHOULDA become the poster mom for a campaign on illustrating to other American mothers how you don't have to be fat to birth children.

People who did wrong things paid a price for it.

Others took note and were more likely to avoid that mistake.

Also families carried the weight for each other, this provided what we don't have today.... ACCOUNTABILITY.

When your daughter comes home knocked up the first time, you help her... but then you take a more active roll in her life.... what she does effects you. Fathers ran off bums, mothers watched over daughters.

No, that's definitely not what it is called. I don't think either you or Danno would have approved of the lives of the majority of poor of the 18th and 19th centuries. you shouldn't allow the government that sort of power over a person. time alone will make this woman barren, she'll still have years of life ahead of her. our attention should be how to help her become a productive person for her children and for herself going forward.
