What does TM have to do with race?

Why else would you bring him up? You fear young black males. You've said this more times that I can count. And given your area and the crime that goes down there, I can see why you think the way you do. But you do bring it up a lot.

This is why you view TM as the lowest denomination of criminal(even though he's never killed anyone) and shooters that are white and slaughter countless men, women, and children don't get the same response. We never talk about their home lives, or where their fathers were. We just talk about gun laws.

Honestly I don't think you're racist. I think of you as a little bit of Archie Bunker. As long as you don't fit the young black male image that you can't stand, we're cool.

I don't see them as Victims. I do blame the Govt

Sorry, I have to agree with Val/Penny/Maven/Novembro here. Born into that mess is hard as hell to get out of.

Doesn't matter the race. There's a mentality in this country that there's nothing wrong with living long term off of govt. handouts. That mentality is handed down from generation to generation.

There's an element of that everywhere. How widespread it actually is (vs sensationalist news headlines) is another matter.

I'd argue that it's in the best interest of some political parties to keep people dependent on the govt. despite what they say publicly. Otherwise there would be no reason for these never-ending handouts. Despite how elitist Mitt Romney may have sounded when he mentioned the 47% of people that pay no income taxes, that is a very sobering and unsustainable economic model.

Dude, I've lived in a place worse. I grew up in Saint Louis, Mo. It's in the top 5 of most dangerous cities in the US. Even here at Scott when I go home, I go through East Saint Louis. That's number 1 on some lists as most dangerous city in the US right now.

My point is I fear criminals, doesn't matter what color they are. My wife is the same way, she gets all nervous when we go home, I have to reassure her that not all of them are going to rob you.

Send me your card, I'll annotate it and mail it back to you(you pay for return shipping since I know you rolling in the dough now that your retired)

I fear criminals also..Luckily here you can identify about 90% of them by the fact they by pants the same size i do and have dark skin.and use MOFO as a conjunction.

And I know some that say the same thing with degrees. And some that sag on base yet, are on the honor roll. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

There was a story today that 85 people own half the world's wealth. That's pretty sobering.

I agree there's something wrong with that, but what's the solution? Tax them even more? As for Americans, at some point they'll just burn their passport and go get citizenship somewhere else. We've seen it in France.
