Hello everybody. i just wanna ask for you all help on guides or a link on how to file the papers for my 12 yrs old child taht is going to be petitioned by my USC spouse (i am LPR right now) my child came here as a tourist now we are adjusting him. I looked at the guides section here but i dont know if some of the forms there are applicable when petitioning a minor child.
i will appreciate it very much. thank you so much to all of you.

Follow the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=i130guide2 just substitute child for spouse. Your US citizen husband will be the one completing the I-130 and filing for his step-child, thus making it an immediate relative petition.
