Do I bind my AOS package together as one, or do I seperate it with rubber bands?

Just as I am asking in the title. Do I need to place rubber bands separating my I-765 and my I-131 from my I-485? My gut says no but I wanted to make sure.

We made one stack, we placed a cover letter on each form and a cover letter stating which forms where send on top of the whole stack.

To my knowledge they will take it apart and send each form to another office(others will chime in)

One pile for us. One of the experienced folks here said they scan everything. So any binding you do would be pulled apart anyway. Black clips are an option

i had my cover letter on top, then a bundle for each form secured with a large paperclip.

I think I bundled together the I-765 paperwork and I-131 paperwork with large paperclips, just to give more separation and easier organization. Put those behnd the rest of the papers for the I-485, placed the cover letter on top of everything that listed the order of the paper stack behind it. Paper-clipped the check to the cover letter and placed a larger clip around the whole thing. Popped it in a flat rate priority mail envelope and off it went.
