Hi there! :)

Firstly I want to say a big thank you to everyone who has taken the time the answer my previous posts, your thoughts are so very much appreciated!

So, here's a simple question - am I allowed to work for other people on my P3 Visa or do I have to work exclusively for my employer who filed the I-129?

Think I know the answer but just wanted to double check with you guys....thank you as always!

You may change employers, but only after your new employer has filed a new Form I-129 with USCIS requesting permission to employ you and extend your stay. You may not commence employment with the new employer until the Form I-129 has been approved.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!
