My fiance has the ability to work remotely for a company in Europe. Can my fiance do this before adjustment of status or is this going to be a problem?

I would think (not sure) that would be ok only if her payroll would happen outside US, like wages paid into foreign account in that european country and taxes paid according to that country laws.

It is not where I breathe but where I love that I live.

I read around this a lot several months ago and came to the conclusion it is not allowed

There sure is a lot of debate about it, sadly I cant remember what specifically swayed me that it wasn't allowed

Sorry cant be more help

I would imagine it is allowed as when you adjust status it has room to put down fiancé's earnings, check the affidavit of support form for adjustment of status, might explain it there
