Question about med exam and DS 160 need help

First my fiance will be coming with her daughter. They liv an hour flight from Kiev.... It says they need to get a PPD test for tuburculosis . But the results may take 48-72 hours. Should she schedule the med exam 4 days before interview? That means she will be in Kiev for a week.

Does she fill out a DS-160 for her and her daughter? Are there two seperate Visa fees?

Also I read this.... where and how do I pay this? Is this for her and her daughter?

Effective February 1, 2013, all individuals issued immigrant visas overseas must pay a $165.00 USCIS Immigrant Fee before traveling to the United States.

Dazed and confuzed!

Yes you should schedule the medical a week before.

The $240 Visa fee is per each person.

That $165 does not apply to K1's its for the IR1/CR1 green card issue and process.

Here's your consulate information page here on VJ has all the info you need.

Shootfighter...Not sure if you lady can be in Kiev for an entire week. Have you thought about train travel....she/daughter depart at night and travel to Kiev. Arrive for doctor's visit and then return home pending results. Then travel back to Kiev for interview. Not sure about logistics for you and her, but I know traveling habits are very different there than here. Also, where would she stay? Will you be traveling with her? That could change things. What about school for her daughter(if of age)? Just some thoughts. There are other modes of transportation, too. When I was in Ukraine last month, I took a mini-bus between Kiev and Kirovohrad to visit my fiance. 4-5 hours, about $20 per direction. Just offering a suggestion to help with logistics.

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

PDD test is for kids, so i guess they should stay for that time in Kiev, you can rent them apartment or a hotel, any ways it's not a big deal to rent.

Medical in Kiev may be scheduled when you want, I called and they said to pick any day, so you decide if it's okay for you to make medical 4 days prior interview.

165 USD as far as i am aware are not related to K-1 visas.

As for comments previous comments about trains: yes it's cheap if to compare with air ticket, but WE ARE IN WINTER TIME and trains are full of people who may have flue or other things.........so why to risk?!

Everything is exactly the same for the daughter as for the fiancee. Fill out another DS-160 for the daughter. Attach the photo online when you fill out the DS-160. Also have 2 printed photos with you at the interview. Pay exactly the same way as for the fiancee - at Raifaisen Bank Aval.

It says it pretty clearly in the PDF instructions:

The following are required:
