MY I-130 ends with 1 the I765 ends with 2 and the I485 with 0. Change the last digit around to see your other status' I would say.

Seems like I am the only one thus far who will file this month?! I am waiting on one more Affadavit of Bona fide marriage which should arrive today and then we'll send out our package tomorrow, if possible.

Our Timeline so far:

August 2010: Met at a party in San Francisco

December 2013: Got married on Hawai'i

January 2014: Medical done

You get the NOAs usually within 5-7 days. I would give it till Saturday or Monday. It's on it's way to you

Two more questions. Since i failed attaching g1145 to each form, if i keep on checking my bank account to see if they have cashed the check, would that be a good indicator for me? And, i would still get hard copies in my mail, right? Thanks

Yes. Once the check is cashed. look into your bank account online. Your receipt number would be printed at the back on the check image. Then you can use the receipt number to track your status at the uscis website. you can also create an account on the uscis website and signup for email updates. Hope that helps

We got our hard copy NOAs today, day 12 with day 1 being the day that they were received by USCIS.

Thanks Wurstbrot! We were stressing a bit about getting the SS# before April 15, but it looks like we are getting a refund, so we may just go the ITIN route and use our SS# next year.

Its nice having you a few steps ahead of us and I appreciate all the information.

We're stressing out to get the SSN quickly for taxes as well. I hope to have to EAD by mid-March. It wouldn't hurt to get to working either.

We haven't received anything as of today. So I called USCIS and they said I needed to wait 30-45 days to get the first NOA. And the officer told me they couldn't do anything until it's 30 days after we sent the package. Now I'm getting worried that they lost it or something.
