So my interview is on January 29th 2013 but I still haven't received packet 4 which was sent out on the 7th, so by all means I was worried and panicking but I contacted the embassy in London through the contact form and for and email back the same day which is fast. Here is what I was told so just for future reference to anyone who goes trough the same.

We can confirm that your appointment for a fiancé visa interview has been scheduled for January 29 at 9:30. Written confirmation was sent to you on January 7.

If your letter does not arrive in time you need not be concerned, as you may bring a printed copy of this email exchange to show to the security personnel, if requested. Ensure that you carefully review our website at http://photos.state.gov/libraries/unitedkingdom/164203/cons-visa/IV019_fiance_appt_letter.pdf for important information relating to your visa interview.
