please help me am 1year and 2months in my cr1 jony,I got case complete 15days ago,my priority date is still current, pls who knows when I can get my interview date,and when likely would d interview be.?help help help.

There is nothing called PD for IR1/CR1 cases. PD applies only to F2A category. Looks like you aren't in one and since its been 15 days only since you got a CC, you should hear from NVC by end of this month about I/L. Not sure about the rush at the embassy in Nigeria.

If the petioner is a US citizen priority date means nothing doesn't matter.

Come over to the case Complete Interview thread I have 5 for Nigeria still waiting some since November. Lagos is very busy.

Can you please complete your timeline that helps us answer your question. Since we have no case complete date, file date. many factors play into it.

You mean what is AP? Administrative Processing. If at interview the CO needs to look into your petition further they will put your prition into AP. No time limit it could be days, to weeks to months to years.

Well iy use to to when there are multiple case completes for same embay the receipt date at USCIS kind of helps with order. I have asked MO-MO1974 is their timeline correct because their receit date is in 2007. So goodness they should hav ebeen first to get interview slot so really I don't know how they go about things.

The March nterview annoucements should start last week of month arounf 27th or so. So I guess we will see what happens. They are 5 of you waiting for Lagos so we will see what happens. This is how last January through March was for Lgos just too many.

You have to realize there is a set time every month for interview scheduling. Lagos like so many others fill up within a day or two and then if not selected you have to wait until the next month. You missed the last selection at end of December for February interviews. March selection should be starting next week probably 28th or 29^th.

Worried why? You are in the queue all you can do is wait your turn. Usually for most embassy 3 to 5 IR1/CR1 are scheduled. That’s it. I know 10 for Lagos waiting now. And they do choose by Case Complete order. You see I have someone waiting since November still.

Just hang on it will come.

10;;;really,Dwheels that's alarming,what do u think,from my date,do u think am gonna fall in d next schedule? 8yrs of relshp,almost 2yrs of marriage have only seen him twice since after our wedn,not easy for me.

1.I got my Police cert in Nov,will it expire b4,my interview ,and how long does it last b4 expiration.

2.How long does it take to do medicals and result out?

3.Do u kn a good and cheap hotel close to the embassy?
