Approval notice of I-129f petition - is lost - how can I get one?

I've withdrawn my affidavit of support, Form I-864 with the USCIS.

Zedayn also suggests withdrawing support for the I-129f.

I think this is a good idea, but my wife, who has abandoned me, and whose whereabouts are unknown has all the papers.

Would someone please tell me how to go about obtaining a copy of the "Approval notice of I-129 petition?" So that I can include it with my request to USCIS.

Thank you

file I-824 to receive duplicate copy.

but my question is: this NOA isnt it I-797 NOA?

I-824 costs $400+ to file--I hope this is not the only way.

I get lost in all the forms, and that business is long behind me, K-1 long ago successfully filed accepted and my fiance flew to America. Sadly--28 days after marriage she abandoned me. A lot of stuff points to potential fraud with possible VAWA action--to allow her to continue and dump me.

Please see post #7 in http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474740-how-exactly-to-withdraw-an-i-864/

To understand how it was suggested that I get a copy of approval notice of I-129f. Was that what the National Visa Center sent me in snail mail?

As far as NOA being I-797 I haven't a clue. My fiancee took over the paperwork and did a great job with it--it was nice. When she left I believe she took all the documents with her.

Did you receive emails about case status? Have the email stating the I-129F is approved? Have the letter from the NC about your approved I-129F and your case #? There is a hefty fee to get a replacement notification.

I think withdrawing the I-864 should suffice though. However, you can ask for the approved I-129F to be withdrawn without the NOA2 if you need to. Just list the names and case# and perhaps anything I mentioned above, if you have it.

Thank you. I'll include what I can.
