Either come up with a real POV or go back over to the "post a pic" thread.

It was not a question, really. You failed to make an argument and I only pointed out how sophomoric your approach was. You are shooting the shoemaker...

While you might be enamored by the different "means to it's end."

I imagine the baby would see little difference.

But perhaps you would care to describe the more comfy way the child would have been offed legally?

LEt me help you.

*Not every discussion is a legal argument.

Abortion is legal, within certain legal and ethical limits. Murder is not legal.

There is a difference between a woman who doesn't want to carry a pregnancy to term and a woman who has given birth and then decides to kill the child. One is legal, one is not.

It would seem your foundation is- What is legal at this moment, is final, to highlight the unjust nature of it, is just a silly waste of time.

are you arguing about abortion or our quickly unravelling marijuana laws?

I bet you inhale deep ehh?

if you only respect/follow laws that are in line with your personal moral code, then you have more in common with me than you'd like to admit.

Funny, the left gets a similar response from the right about other currently legal things.

The unjust nature of what? Of strangling a newborn that you could have adopted or forcing a woman to go through a pregnancy she doesn't want.

The moral and ethical arguments are different, hence there is a legal distinction.

Perhaps, if she lived in another state she might not have had to carry through an unwanted pregnancy. She can always thanks Rick Perry for that.

She might have to get inline behind those in line thanking him for their life.

I doubt it. I am sure all unwanted babies in Texas are being actively pursued by the anti choice crowd, for adoption. There are no orphanages or abandoned kids in Texas.
